- Open GUERREIROS ATÉ A MORTE.
- Go to Online.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the game, email privacy@transferguardians.com with the subject GUERREIROS ATÉ A MORTE account deletion, including your player name and the player ID shown on the Online screen (“Your ID”). We reply within 30 days and may ask for confirmation to protect your account.
What is deleted
- player name;
- ranking points, wins, losses and match history;
- entitlements and balances stored on the server;
- place in the matchmaking queue;
- the anonymous online account itself.
What is kept
Purchase records are kept anonymized (no longer linked to you) because tax law requires it. Progress saved locally on your device stays there, and the game keeps working offline; uninstall it to remove the local data.
