Privacy Policy for GUERREIROS ATÉ A MORTE

No ads. No third-party analytics. No tracking. No location, no contacts. We do not sell personal data.

1. Data we process

• Anonymous online account: when you open the Online area, an account is created automatically with a random identifier (player ID). We do not ask for your email, phone number or a social login.
• Player name you choose, ranking points, wins and losses.
• Match history and opponent pairing: who fought whom and when. It is used to pick random opponents and to stop the same pair from fighting twice on the same day.
• Real-time match messages (movements and attacks) are relayed between the two devices only while the match is running. They are not stored.
• Purchases: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We receive only the transaction/order ID and the product bought, never card or payment data. Your entitlements (what you unlocked) are stored on the server so they can be restored.
• Technical and security data: IP address and request logs processed by our database provider to run the service and prevent abuse and cheating.
• Support messages: if you write to us, your email address and what you send.

Your game progress, settings and saves are kept locally on your device.

2. What we do not do

We show no advertising, use no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, do not track you across other apps or websites and do not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. We do not sell or rent personal data.

3. What other players can see

Your player name, ranking points, wins and losses are visible to other players in the ranking and when you are matched. Choose a name that does not reveal your real identity if you prefer.

4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): running online play, matchmaking and ranking, and delivering and restoring purchases.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): preventing cheating and abuse, suspending accounts that break the rules, and keeping security logs.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): keeping purchase records required by tax law.

5. Processors and recipients

• Supabase, Inc.: database, anonymous authentication and real-time relay of match messages. Data is hosted in the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland), under a data processing agreement.
• Google LLC and Apple Inc.: app distribution and payment processing, under their own privacy policies.
• Zoho Corporation: email infrastructure for privacy@transferguardians.com.
• Authorities, only where required by law.

6. International transfers

Game data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Where a provider may access it from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

• Account data (name, ranking, wins/losses, match history, entitlements): until you delete the account.
• Match messages: not stored; they exist only during the match.
• Purchase records: kept, without your name, for the period required by Portuguese tax law (up to 10 years).
• Security logs: short periods, only as needed to protect the service.
• Local data: on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Data is deleted on request.

8. Deleting your account

In the game, go to Online and choose “Delete my account”: the deletion is immediate. You can also email privacy@transferguardians.com. Details: Account and data deletion.

9. Children

The game contains fantasy combat violence, without blood, and is intended for players aged 12 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has used the online features, write to privacy@transferguardians.com and we will delete the data.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (in particular to processing based on legitimate interest). Write to privacy@transferguardians.com; we reply within 30 days.

11. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): cnpd.pt, or with the authority of your country.

12. Security and automated decisions

We use encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security in the database and least-privilege access. We do not take automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR); anti-cheat measures are reviewed by a person.

13. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the version and date above and, for material changes, the store privacy declarations.
